SHIPPING INFORMATION.....
We normally sell and ship wrappers ONLY due to the risk of candy melting and significant shipping expense. If you wish, however, to order pre-wrapped items please CALL to place your order (804-739-8935) and to determine availability of desired items and shipping fees. If you wish to order pre-wrapped chocolate candy, it is suggested that your order be shipped overnight Express Mail via the US Post Office to reduce the risk of melting. However, there are NO guarantees against melting!! All other purchases (including wrapper-only orders, pre-wrapped non-chocolate candy orders, etc.) will be shipped Priority Mail. If you have specific shipping requests, please call to arrange!
If you wish to place a custom order, please place order at least 2 weeks prior to your event to allow for design time, final approval and ample shipping time. Once we receive your order (or after final approval of requested proof) your order will be filled promptly, normally within 48 hours. (During heavy order periods, there may be a delay in processing and shipping your order - you will be notified immediately in this case and allowed the opportunity to cancel your order.) Once your order is filled you should receive it within 2-3 days (via Priority Mail.) If you are ordering Birth Announcements, your order will normally be filled and shipped within 24 hours (excluding custom orders which will require additional design time.)
