New Age Wrestling crowned a new Heavyweight Champion...Shawn Cruz member of The Children of the Revolution. He outlasted all other NAW stars to win the vacant title in a over the top battle royal. It came down to Cruz, Mike Williams, T.L. Shocker and Rick Kelly in the end. After Williams & Shocker were eleminated Shawn Cruz knocked Rick Kelly off of the top rope to become the new NAW Heavyweight Champion.

Also on the same night another member of COR was crowned Hardcore Champion. Todd Austin beat The Masked Destroyer to win the Hardcore Championship
