From a Training Horse Stance...striking to the front...

2. Left horizontal thrust punch to face into left back knuckle to face

3. Right horizontal thrust punch to face into right inverted hammer fist to groin

4. Left horizontal thrust punch to face into left inverted hammer fist to groin

5. Right horizontal thrust punch to face into right back knuckle to temple

6. Left horizontal thrust punch to face into left back knuckle to temple

7. Right horizontal thrust punch to face into right inward hammer first to ribs

8. Left horizontal thrust punch to face into left inward hammer first to ribs

Striking to the side...

9. Right vertical thrust punch to face into right back knuckle to face

10. Left vertical thrust punch to face into left back knuckle to face

11. Right vertical thrust punch to face into right inverted hammer fist to groin

12. Left vertical thrust punch to face into left inverted hammer fist to groin

13. Right vertical thrust punch to face into right back knuckle to temple

14. Left vertical thrust punch to face into left back knuckle to temple

15. Right vertical thrust punch to face into right inward hammer first to ribs

Repeat the previous 2 sequences using both right and left arms simultaneously

22. Up to attention stance
