3. Right foot back into a 45 degree Cat Stance

4. Right foot up to a Crane Stance

5. Right foot back into right Rear Twist

6. Unwind into a left Neutral Bow

7. Left Wide Kneel

8. Left Close Kneel

9. Left Neutral Bow

10. Left Reverse Bow

11. Left foot crosses in front, step thru reverse toward 6:00 into Right Rear Twist

12. Unwind into Right Neutral

Repeating for left side: 13. Left foot steps to 12:00 and into a Left Forward Bow

14. Left Neutral Bow

15. Left foot back into a 45 degree Cat Stance

16. Left foot up to a Crane Stance

17. Left foot back into Left Rear Twist

18. Unwind into a right Neutral Bow

19. Right Wide Kneel

20. Right Close Kneel

21. Right Neutral Bow

22. Right Reverse Bow

23. Right foot crosses in front, step thru reverse toward 6:00 into Left Rear Twist

24. Unwind into a Left Neutral

25. Leap to 12:00 into into a Diamond Stance

29. Stand up into transitional Horse Stance, then face 9:00 into Left Neutral

30. Right foot front scoop kick toward 9:00 stepping thru into Right Front Twist with simultaneous Right Downward Outward Hammerfist

31. Step thru into transitional Horse Stance, then face 3:00 into Right Neutral

32. Left foot front scoop kick toward 3:00 stepping thru into Left Front Twist with simultaneous Left Downward Outward Hammerfist

33. Step thru into Horse Stance facing 12:00

34. Right Upward Parry with Left Pushdown

35. Left Upward Parry with Right Pushdown

36. Left Elbow drops into Left Vertical Inward Check

37. Switch into Right Vertical Check with Left Pushdown

38. Left Crane Stance

39. Right Crane Stance

40. Cover and close to Attention Stance
