Short Form 3

This is the first time we see a form that is built purely of techniques. We begin to learn flow between techniques. The descriptions provided here are brief.

 

SET 1: Destructive Twins

1. From natural stance, forward in right Neutral Bow while doing left punch to face and right inverted punch to groin

2. Left hand pins to right side of chest then right inward into left Outward Block while moving into Right Forward Bow

3. Left high eye poke (fingers spread) then left hand grabs and pulls down - right punch low

4. Back into right Cat Stance; step forward into Right Neutral Bow while doing 2 handed thumb poke to eyes

SET 2: Crashing Wings

1. Step right side into Horse Stance while doing 2 downward elbows to arms

2. Left foot moves to right foot then back to 7:30 (into Right Forward Bow facing 1:30)

3. Turn left doing left side elbow and right inward hammer fist (into Left Forward Bow facing 7:30)

SET 3: Twirling Wings

1. Slide your right foot up to your left foot then step back to 3:00 with your right foot, turning towards your right into a Right Forward Bow as you do a right Outward Block and left inward elbow (left fist touching right elbow)

 SET 4: Circling Wing

2. Right outward elbow, left eye poke, right upward elbow and (into reverse bow) right hammer fist to groin

SET 5: Crossing Talons

1. Left hand grabs right wrist (turning into Horse Stance, then 'neutralize' into 45§ Right Neutral Bow)

2. Left leg steps to 7:30 into Horse Stance facing 10:30 while doing left outward elbow overhead elbow

SET 6: Scrapping Hooves

1. Left foot slides towards right while doing back head butt and shooting hands down

2. Right kick to left/right shin then left kick to right/left shin

SET 7: Fatal Cross

1. Right leg to left into right Cat Stance while hooking hands out and behind me

2. Thrust forward into palm up middle knuckle strikes (right foot forward into Right Forward Bow)

3. Arms crossed over chest (left on top) into crossed double back knuckle to face

4. Back to chest then crossed double eye poke (keep fingers even!)

SET 8: Grip of Death

1. Left foot forward to 12:00 into left Close Kneel stance, left/right hammer fists to groin/kidney

2. Right hand tracks up back, grabs chin, anchor elbow and turn to 6:00 into Right Forward Bow, left Heel Palm to face

 SET 9: Locked Wing

2. Left arm wraps around and shoots forward and down (palm up)

3. Left fist up to left shoulder, step back with right foot

4. Right knee strike while doing overhead Outward Hand Sword landing to 10:30

SET 10: Crossed Twigs

1. Both hands to back, stepping to 12:00 leading with hands into right side/back elbow (left hand behind back) into overhead

2. downward elbow and two handed slap to left knee

SET 11: Wings of Silk

1. Hands to sides, elbows bent, left hands pinches behind, left foot stomps

2. Right upward rear elbow and right scoop kick to groin as left arm and shoulder sink down

3. Right foot steps to left of left foot (tight) then left foot steps around to left of right foot (spinning my body)

4. Left hand pinning arm on chest, right Uppercut to break elbow, end facing 3:00

 SET 12: Conquering Shield

2. Right elbow down, then right upward elbow, then right downward Heel Palm claw

SET 13: Striking Serpents Head

1. Right foot steps back to 7:30 while doing a left inward back knuckle toward my face.

2. Anchor left elbow, Right half fist, palm down, to face (Left Forward Bow). Right foot up to 3:00, Attention Stance.
