Short Form 2

1. Right foot forward into right Neutral Bow while doing a right Inward Block into a right Outward Hand Sword as left hand checks low.

2. Step Thru forward into left Neutral Bow doing a left Inward Block into a left Outward Hand Sword as right hand checks low.

3. Left transitionary Cat Stance, right fist at side, left fist on top but not touching.

4. Left foot steps out to left into left Neutral Bow while doing left Outward Block and right Horizontal Thrust punch together.

5. Right transitionary Cat Stance, left fist at side, right fist on top but not touching.

6. Right foot steps out to right side to right Neutral Bow doing right Outward Block and left Horizontal Thrust punch together.

7. Left transitionary reverse Cat Stance, right fist at side, left fist on top but not touching.

8. Left leg back to 4:30, sink down as you turn into left High Wide Kneel facing 6:00, while doing left Upward Block, right low Middle Knuckle strike.

9. Right transitionary reverse Cat Stance, left fist at side, right fist on top but not touching.

10. Right leg back to 1:30, sink down as you turn into right High Wide Kneel stance facing 12:00, while doing right Upward Block, left low Middle Knuckle strike.

11. Turn around into left transitionary Cat Stance facing 4:30 while doing right Inside Downward (palm up) block. Left hand is in Inward Block position.

12. Left leg forward to 4:30 into left Neutral Bow while doing a left Downward Block as right hand pulls back to waist. Left hand turns into low check as you Step Thru forward while doing right Heel Palm at face level.

13. Right transitionary Cat Stance facing 7:30, left Inside Downward (palm up) block. Right hand is in Inward Block position.

14. Right leg forward to 7:30 into right Neutral Bow while doing a right Downward Block as left hand pulls back to waist. Right hand turns into low check as you Step Thru forward while doing left Heel Palm at face level.

15. Turn around toward 1:30 into a right transitionary Cat Stance while doing a left Inward Block (right hand remains at waist).

16. Right leg forward into Right Neutral Bow while doing right outward extended block followed by a left horizontal snapping half-fist punch (right Forward Bow on punch).

17. Left transitionary Cat Stance facing 10:30 while doing a right Inward Block (left hand remains at waist).

18. Left leg forward into left Neutral Bow while doing left outward extended block followed by a right horizontal snapping half-fist punch (left Forward Bow on punch).

19. Right leg forward to meditating position and up to Attention Stance.
