Short Form 1
1. From Meditation Horse Stance... Left leg back to Right Neutral Bow while doing a right Inward Block.
2. Step Thru reverse into Left Neutral Bow while doing a left Inward Block.
3. Move right foot to 1:00 while doing left Universal Block and turn facing left then do a left Outward Block.
4. Back into left Cat Stance while bringing left arm across face (showing we can cover our upper body).
5. Right Universal Block then bring left leg back into right Neutral Bow while doing a right Outward Block.
6. Cover Step to 6:00 doing a left Universal Block and turn body backwards ending up in a Left Neutral Bow facing 3:00 while doing a left Upward Block.
7. Step Thru reverse into right Neutral Bow while doing a right Upward Block.
8. Move left leg to 1:00 doing a left Universal Block and turn body facing 6:00 into a Right Neutral Bow while doing a right Downward Block.
9. Step Thru reverse into Left Neutral Bow while doing a left Downward Block.
10. Move left foot to 9:00 turning body as well moving into meditating Horse Stance facing 12:00.
11. Repeat sequence on opposite side stepping back first with your right foot with a left inward block.
