1. Forward into Right Neutral Bow while doing a left Inward Block, slicing Outward Hand Sword (left hand at waist), left eye poke to face (into Right Forward Bow), then right poke to solar plexus (1/4 extension - back to Right Neutral Bow).

2. Forward into Left Neutral Bow while doing a right Inward Block, slicing Outward Hand Sword (right hand at waist), right eye poke to face (into Left Forward Bow) , then left poke to solar plexus (1/4 extension - back to Left Neutral Bow).

3. Left leg back into left Cat Stance, right arm at waist, left arm on top but not touching.

4. Step left side to Left Neutral Bow doing left Outward Block and right Horizontal Thrust punch together.

5. Left punch, right punch and combination left punch and left side kick.

6. Right Cat Stance, left fist at side, right fist on top but not touching.

7. Step right side to Right Neutral Bow doing right Outward Block and left Horizontal Thrust punch together.

8. Right punch, left punch and combination right punch and right side kick.

9. Left leg back into left Cat Stance, right arm at waist, left arm on top but not touching.

10. Left leg back to 5:00, torque left to face 6:00 while doing a Universal Block.

11. Left arm into Upward Block while doing right Inverted Hammerfist as your torque into a Forward Bow.

12. While lowering stance, left hand claw to face while right hand does back knuckle to face over left wrist.

13. Left back knuckle to face over right wrist, right back knuckle to face over left wrist.

14. Right Cat Stance, left fist at side, right fist on top but not touching.

15. Right leg back to 5:00, torque right to face 12:00 while doing a Universal Block.

16. Right arm into Upward Block while doing left Inverted Hammerfist as you torque into a Forward Bow.

17. While lowering stance, right hand claw to face while left hand does back knuckle to face over right wrist.

18. Right back knuckle to face over left wrist, left back knuckle to face over right wrist.

19. Right leg to 11:00, torque left to face 4:30 in 45 degree Left Neutral Bow while doing left Upward Block.

20. Right Horizontal Thrust punch, left Vertical Thrust punch and right ball thrust kick and right Vertical Thrust punch upon landing, torquing into the punch.

21. Right leg up to left leg then out to 7:30 in 45 degree Right Neutral Bow while doing right Upward Block

22. Left Horizontal Thrust punch, right Vertical Thrust punch and right ball thrust kick and right Vertical Thrust punch and left ball thrust kick and left Vertical Thrust punch and right ball thrust kick and right Vertical Thrust punch upon landing, torquing into the punch.

23. Left foot crosses over right foot (towards 1:30) while doing a right front knuckle strike.

24. Right foot steps to 1:30 doing right Uppercut into Upward Block left, right then left two finger eye poke.

25. Right foot crosses over left foot (towards 9:30) while doing a left front knuckle strike.

26. Left foot steps to 10:30 doing left Uppercut into Upward Block, right, left then right two finger eye poke

27. Left leg back while doing left cross hammer fist, torque into right Vertical Thrust punch to 10:30.

28. Right leg back while doing right cross hammer fist, torque into left Vertical Thrust punch to 10:30.

29. Right leg back to 7:30 and torque into left Outward Block into snapping Uppercut to 1:30.

30. Left leg back to 7:30 and torque into right Outward Block into snapping Uppercut to 1:30.

31. Left Pushdown Block, Forward Bow, into low, wide twist stance

32. While stepping forward with left foot, left overhead elbow into downward Heel Palm claw

33. Right Pushdown Block, Forward Bow, into low, wide twist stance

34. While stepping forward with right foot, right overhead elbow into downward Heel Palm claw

35. Left Heel Palm, Forward Bow, into low, wide twist stance

36. While stepping forward with left foot, left overhead elbow into downward Heel Palm claw

37. Right Horizontal Thrust punch then left inward forearm strike
