Long Form 1
1. Left leg back to Right Neutral Bow while doing a right Inward Block then a left Horizontal Thrust punch while shifting into Forward Bow.
2. Move into right Cat Stance while doing a right Inward Block.
3. Right leg back into Left Neutral Bow while doing a left Inward Block then a right Horizontal Thrust punch while shifting into Forward Bow.
4. Move right foot to 1:00 and turn body to 9:00 in Left Neutral Bow and do a left Outward Block then a right Horizontal Thrust punch while shifting into Forward Bow.
5. Step Thru reverse into a right Neutral Bow while doing a right Outward Block. Move into a Right Forward Bow while doing a left Horizontal Thrust punch.
6. Cover step to 3:00 while doing a left side elbow strike . Left Upward Block while torquing into Left Neutral Bow facing 3:00 then a right Horizontal Thrust punch while shifting into Forward Bow.
7. Step Thru reverse into right Neutral Bow while doing a right Upward Block then a left Horizontal Thrust punch while shifting into Forward Bow.
8. Right foot steps back into right Cat Stance then move right leg to 6:00 while doing a right Downward Block then a left Horizontal Thrust punch while shifting into Forward Bow.
9. Step Thru reverse into a left Neutral Bow while doing a left Downward Block then a right Horizontal Thrust punch while shifting into Forward Bow.
10. Do left/right/left Inward Blocks shifting just the upper body with each block.
11. Step Thru reverse into a right Neutral Bow and do right/left/right Inward Blocks shifting just the upper body with each block.
12. Cover step toward 9:00 into Right Neutral Bow (facing 3:00) and do right/left/right Outward Blocks shifting just the upper body with each block.
13. Step Thru reverse into a left Neutral Bow and do left/right/left Outward Blocks shifting just the upper body with each block.
14. Cover step to 3:00 into Right Neutral Bow facing 9:00 and do right/left/right Upward Blocks shifting just the upper body with each block.
15. Step Thru reverse into a left Neutral Bow and do left/right/left Upward Blocks shifting just the upper body with each block.
16. Cover step to 6:00 into Left Neutral Bow facing 12:00 and do left/right/left Downward Blocks shifting just the upper body with each block.
