From Meditating Horse Stance:

2. Front chicken kick (front then rear) plant right neutral facing 12:00

3. Front chicken kick (rear then front) plant right neutral facing 12:00

4. Back chicken kick (front then rear) plant to 6:00 into right neutral facing 12:00

5. Back chicken kick (rear then front) plant to 12:00 into right neutral facing 12:00

6. Front chicken kick (front then rear) plant left neutral facing 12:00

7. Front chicken kick (rear then front) plant left neutral facing 12:00

8. Back chicken kick (front then rear) plant to 6:00 into left neutral facing 12:00

9. Back chicken kick (rear then front) plant to 12:00 into left neutral facing 12:00

10. Side chicken kick (left then right) toward 3:00, plant right neutral facing 12:00

11. Side chicken kick (right then left) toward 9:00, plant left neutral facing 12:00

12. Left front scoop kick, plant back to 6:00 into right neutral facing 12:00

13. Cover and turn (crossing right foot toward 9:00) into left neutral facing 6:00

14. Right front scoop kick, plant back to 12:00 into left neutral facing 6:00

15. Left foot drops back toward 3:00 into right neutral facing 9:00

16. Right front scoop kick, plant back to 3:00 into left neutral facing 9:00

17. Cover and turn (crossing left foot toward 12:00) into right neutral facing 3:00

18. Left front scoop kick, plant back to 9:00 into right neutral facing 3:00

19. Left foot drops back toward 6:00 into right neutral facing 12:00

20. Left back scoop kick, plant to 12:00 into left neutral facing 12:00

21. Step thru spinning clockwise into right back scoop kick to 12:00, plant to 6:00 into right neutral

22. Right foot drops back toward 9:00 into left neutral facing 3:00

23. Right back scoop kick, plant to 3:00 into right neutral facing 3:00

24. Step thru spinning counter-clockwise into left back scoop kick to 3:00, plant to 9:00 into left neutral

25. Right foot drops back toward 6:00 into left neutral facing 12:00

26. Right front double ball kick (front/round), plant to 12:00 into right neutral then bounce into front knifedge kick, plant to right neutral facing 12:00

27. Left front double ball kick (front/round), plant to 12:00 into left neutral then bounce into front knifedge kick, plant to left neutral facing 12:00

28. Right triple kick (front/back/side), plant to 12:00 into right neutral

29. Left triple kick (front/back/side), plant back toward 6:00 into right neutral facing 12:00

30. Right triple kick (front/back/side), plant back toward 6:00 into left neutral facing 12:00

31. Left triple kick (front/back/side), plant back toward 6:00 into right neutral facing 12:00
