Finger Set 2
From Meditating Horse Stance:
1. Right foot step forward into a right neutral bow facing 12:00 as you do a right horizontal finger thrust to the eyes, left hand checks below your right elbow.
2. Left foot step forward into a left neutral bow facing 12:00 as you do a left horizontal finger thrust to the eyes, right hand checks below your left elbow.
3. Left foot step back to 6:00 into a right neutral bow as you do a right vertical finger thrust to the solar plexus, left hand checks below your right elbow.
4. Switch stance (right foot back then left foot forward) into left neutral facing 12:00 as you do a left vertical finger thrust to the solar plexus, right hand checks below your left elbow.
5. Left back toward 9:00 into horse stance facing 12:00 as you do a left back elbow with a right poke over your left shoulder.
6. Slide feet together (left to right) then stepping right toward 3:00 into horse stance as you do a right back elbow with a left poke over your right shoulder.
7. Slide feet together (right to left) then stepping left toward 9:00 into horse stance as you do simultaneous right/left downward elbow strikes, return with double (right & left) upward finger thrusts, palms up.
8. Both hands recoil toward your chest. Convert these into two-finger pokes then step toward 12:00 into transitional right neutral torquing into right front rotating twist stance as you do a right two-finger poke, left hand checks below right elbow.
9. Both hands maintain previous position while switching feet (right back, left forward) toward 12:00 into transional left neutral torquing into left front rotating twist stance as you do a left two-finger poke, right hand checks below left elbow.
10. Left foot back to horse stance facing 12:00
11. Right step toward 12:00 into right neutral as you do a right overhead finger whip, left hand checks below right elbow.
12. Left step towards 12:00 into left neutral as you do a left overhead finger whip, right hand checks below left elbow.
13. Left foot slides back toward 6:00 into transitional right cat stance as you do a left inward forearm parry and chamber right hand into crane (palm up), then step to 1:30 into right neutral as you do a right underhand finger whip, left hand checks above right elbow.
14. Right foot slides back toward 6:00 into transitional left cat stance as you do a right inward forearm parry and chamber left hand into crane (palm up), then step to 10:30 into a left neutral as you do a left underhand finger whip, right hand checks above left elbow.
15. Left step thru reverse ("V" stepping) into right neutral facing 1:30 then do a right inward horizontal finger slice (palm up) returning with a right outward finger slice (palm down), left hand checks below right elbow.
16. Right step thru reverse ("V" stepping) into left neutral facing 10:30 then do a left inward horizontal finger slice (palm up) returning with a left outward finger slice (palm down), right hand checks below left elbow.
17. Left foot slides back to right foot then out toward 9:00 into left forward bow facing 9:00. As you step left hand does inward forearm parry which converts into a horizontal forearm check, simultaneously do a right inward palmheel strike which continues into a inward circular finger rake (windshield wiper fashion). Immediately torque back to a left neutral facing 9:00 as you do a outward circular finger rake.
18. Right foot slides back to left foot then out toward 3:00 into right forward bow facing 3:00. As you step right hand does inward forearm parry which converts into a horizontal forearm check, simultaneously do a left inward palmheel strike which continues into a inward circular finger rake (windshield wiper fashion). Immediately torque back to a right neutral facing 3:00 as you do a outward circular finger rake.
19. Pivot into a left front rotating twist stance facing 10:30 as you do a right inward overhead palmheel claw toward 10:30 with a left back underhand palmheel claw toward 4:30.
20. Adjust you right foot, moving it slightly toward 1:30 then pivot into a right fornt rotating twist stance facing 1:30 as you do a left inward overhead palmheel claw toward 1:30 with a right back underhand palmheel claw toward 7:30.
21. Pivot counterclockwise into a left neutral facing 7:30 as you do a right underhand plamheel claw toward 7:30 with a left back palmheel claw toward 1:30.
22. Left foot slides back to right foot then right foot steps out toward 4:30 into a right neutral as you do a left underhand palmheel claw toward 4:30 with a right back palmheel claw toward 10:30.
23. Right foot slides to left foot as you pivot into attention stance facing 12:00 while doing two underhand palmheel claws at groin level.
24. Both hands come up crossing at chest level and convert this movement into double two-finger upward flicks ending with outward thumb hooks.
25. Continue this motion into double outward overhead and downward palmheel claws, dropping both feet into a horse stance as arms reach shoulder level, finish with palmheel claws at thighs.
26. Right foot slides into right cat stance while doing two-finger inward eye hook, left hands checks below right elbow.
27. Left foot slides into left cat stance while doing two-finger inward eye hook, right hand checks below left elbow.
28. Slide left foot back into attention stance (knees bent) while doing right and left inward forearm parries finishing as outward forearm parries, then continuing into two pushdown blocks at groin level.
29. Briskly stiffen knees standing up while shooting right and left two-finger pokes straight out to eye level.
30. From Point of Origin, circle left hand clockwise/right hand counter-clockwise and do two simultaneous inward two-finger eye hooks.
