Coordination Set 2
Set 1 (12 o'clock):
1. Right foot steps back into a left Neutral Bow with a Left Outward/Right Downward Universal Block
2. Reverse Universal into Right Outward/Left Downward Block
3. While turning into a left Forward bow, do a left Upward Block and a right Inward palm up Hammerfist
4. While turning back into a left Neutral Bow, do a right Upward Block and a left Inward palm up Hammerfist
5. While turning into a Forward Bow, do a right Inward Block
6. Left Horizontal Thrust Punch while doing a right Ball Kick into a right Horizontal Thrust Punch while doing a right Rear Kick landing back in a left Forward Bow
8. Right Upward Parry and a left Pushdown Block
Set 2 (12 o'clock):
1. Right foot forward into a right Neutral Bow with a Right Outward/Left Downward Universal Block
2. Reverse Universal into a Left Outward/Right Downward Block
3. While turning into a left Forward bow, do a right Upward Block and a left Inward palm up Hammerfist
4. While turning back into a left Neutral Bow, do a left Upward Block and a right Inward palm up Hammerfist
5. While turning into a Forward Bow, do a left Inward Block
6. Right Horizontal Thrust Punch while doing a left Ball Kick into a left Horizontal Thrust Punch while doing a left Rear Kick landing back in a right Forward Bow
7. Left Upward Parry and a right Pushdown Block
Drop your right foot back turning your upper body 90-degrees counterclockwise into a left neutral bow as you do a left outward block, then repeat the sequence (sets 1 & 2, above) facing:
9 o'clock: Sets 3 & 4
6 o'clock: Sets 5 & 6
3 o'clock: Sets 7 & 8, and lastly to
12 o'clock again: Sets 9 & 10
Step up with your left foot to into a horse stance facing 12 o'clock.
