Blocking Set 1 (Starblock)

1. From training horse stance, right upward block

2. Right inward block

3. Right extended outward block

4. Right downward outward block (first going inward then downward across your centerline)

5. Pull right arm back to waist palm up using your right elbow to cover your ribs

6. Then follow with a right pushdown block, palm down from chest to groin

7. Return right arm to waist palm up

8. Repeat same sequence using left arm

9. Then repeat same sequence using both arms simultaneously
