To improve our valley's ability to
succeed at positive youth development by having every sector of
our community united with youth, recognizing their value. To increase how much
our valley values youth leadership; targeting adults, you and
families from all walks of life. To promote
adult-youth partnerships that build developmental assets so
positive youth development is enhanced and to reduce the negative
developmental outcomes that threaten the welfare of our
