Charlottesville Women's 4-miler
Train on your own for
a four mile road race, a benefit for Breast
Cancer Awareness Programs near Charlottesville.
Simple training programs will be available to
begin this spring (by request to JoAnn Dalley at
the address below) Participants may run or walk
or run/walk the race.
*** This is limited to 15 participants

Overnight accommodations (the race starts at 8
a.m. ) And a pasta dinner may be offered if there
is enough interest.
Each participant will send in her own Four miler
registration form (available after April 1st).

Appalachian Trial Hike (Heading South)
From 9 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m.
Day hike along the
Appalachian Trail in the George Washington
National Forest from Humpback Gap (Blue Ridge
Parkway Milepost 6) to Laurel Springs Gap.
Distance is roughly 6.0 miles.
