This milky white majolica ceramic piece has the scripture passage from Exodus 3:8 and says “... A land flowing with milk and honey...”. In the middle of this bowl are six real pieces of honey comb made from bees. The honey comb has been dipped in clay slip, colored yellow, fired in the kiln, and then glued down. There are also 12 small trees painted along the rim. It is thrown on the wheel and is 16” wide and 3” high.

This piece represents the destruction of trees that were washed away by the great flood. In the middle of the bowl are numerous porcelain trees in a thick clear glaze.
