sharp knife
1 plastic soda bottle, 1 or 2 liter
1 plastic pen
gum or strong glue
sheet of aluminum foil
Instructions:
Using your knife, place a hole no bigger than the pen tube about 4 inches from the bottem of the bottle. To make the hole simply push the knife against the bottle where you want it and twist it back in forth while pushing in. This is tedious but will make the most evenly shaped hole. After a little bit it will cut through and u can just twist it around to make it as big as you need.
Optional On the opposite side of the bottle make another hole exactly the same as your first one if you want a shotgun or rush on your bong. You may not have to do this if your bottle is small enough. The purpose of the shotgun is to clear all the smoke out of the chamber once it has been filled by taking your finger off the hole which emptys it into your lungs as you inhale. If you add the shotgun make sure it is covered by your finger with every puff you take untill the end of ur hit, then release it and the smoke will be sucked into your lungs.
Take your plastic pen, perferably a cheap bic, and pull or cut both ends off so it is just a hollow plasic tube.
Slide the plastic pen tube into the hole you just made diagonally down towards the bottem of the bottle.
Using your gum or glue, seal the space around the pen where it goes into the hole on the bottle.
If you used glue, allow time to dry. Otherwise fill the bottle with water abour an inch below your pen hole. Make sure the water isnt too close to your stem because it will cause a leak after a while if you used gum to seal it.
Tear or cut the foil sheet into a 5x5 in. square.
Fold the 5x5 square in half and roll it into a funnel. You may want to try rolling the foil around a sewing needle so you can be sure air will get through. You dont want the hole in the funnel too big or else your green will pull through. Suck from the bottem of the funnel to make sure air gets through fairly well after it's done.
Stick the bottem end of your funnel (bowl) into the pen tube (stem). Make sure you have it in there pretty good so it doesnt fall out.
