MENU INFORMATION FOR APRIL 2003
Hazelwild Day School serves nutrition meals every school day.
Students may buy lunch and/or breakfast each day or monthly. Children from families whose income
falls within the level may be eligible for either free meals or reduced price meals.
All meals served at school must meet patterns established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
However, if a child has been determined by a doctor to be disabled and the disability would
prevent the child from eating the regular school meal, the school will make any substitutions
prescribed by the doctor. If a substitution is needed, there will be no extra charge for the meal.
If you believe your child needs substitutions because of a disability, please get in touch with the
school for further information. You can receive an hot lunch application from the school.
