 I got bit by the PWC (personal watercraft) bug about 3 years ago. Problem is I really don’t know how it happened. I had never ridden one, never even touched one. I just saw people riding them and, since I was a water guy, thought I ought to get one. I did and never regretted it.

But I don’t want this site to be just about the GP. Sure I’m gonna put lots of info. here pertaining to it, but I want to have a more general outlook and provide lots of good info. here that everyone can use. The GP will kinda be my guinea pig.

The first thing I plan on doing is getting some definitions down. The biggest challenge for a newcomer is always learning the terminology.

Special Note. The PWC industry has been under fire from the enviros for quite some time now. Because of this several companies are introducing 4 stroke technology in there line up for next year. These machines are said to be much more efficient, less polluting, and much quiter. Since they will not be released for several more months, specific details are not know by me at this time. However I was able to find a rare sound clip of a 4 stroke in action. Click here to hear the new 4 stroke!
