I often attend conferences to develop my professional knowledge. An example of this is my attendance at professional development seminars such as this and Goochland Schools seminars such as this. After I attend these conferences, I try to implement strategies learned to improve classroom behavior and instructional delivery such as with this behavior chart and consequence/reward dice.
