Identifies and plans for the instructional and developmental needs of all students, including remedial, high achievers, and identified gifted students.

Tests taken with Edutest and Stanford 9 results, as well as students' IEPs, have helped to strategize my delivery of lessons, group work, and differentiation of reading groups. These groups and target students are often reassessed after various assessment data shows a need in changing student placement. Reading groups are seperated using differentiated reading books given to us by Harcourt-Brace. I also use various math websites to assess and teach students. Programs such as Boxermath help students learn new concepts as well as test them. In-class projects keep students motivated and interested.
