Students get immediate feedback on tests using edutest. I also give back mid-week tests before their Friday test, and have their Friday test back to them in their Tuesday folders. I also work with them on classroom assignments to show students where they are making errors or if they are working out problems correctly. Papers that are returned to them have ample suggestions, and I meet with each student after presentations and while drafting papers to point out weaknesses and emphasize strengths.

Students often work out problems on the board so that they, as well as the rest of the class, can see the correct way to work out problems. I try to work with students whom I notice are having trouble with classwork as I walk around from student to student, and select students that have a firm grasp on concepts and the correct answer worked out to work the problem on the board.
