Summer Plans
    Over the summer I will be working as a lifeguard. I work at a neighborhood pool not far from my house. I love the people I work with and look forward to seeing them for days on end. Work takes up most of my days but leaves my nights free. I love that part of my job. Aside from work, I will spend tons of time with the people I will miss most next year. My friends and family are very important to me so they will be a top priority. Hanging out with my boyfriend and other close friends will consume an awful lot of time this summer.

College Plans
    In the Fall of 2003 I will attend Appalachian State University. AppState, as referred to by its students, is located in the beautiful Appalachian Moutains of Western North Carolina. I am looking forward to being a MOUNTAINEER! The site is done in yellow and black as a tribute to AppState, these colors being their very own. AppState has about 15,000 students that attend each year.
    My current plans are to major in Interior Design. I think it will be a fun major with many possibilities in this world where appearance is becoming everything. If I ever changed majors I think I would go into Pre-Law. I love the thrill of debate and, in fact, the only reason I'm not going into Law now is because I want a family later in life and I want time to spend with them. In most cases, Law takes up more time then I necessarily want to spend in my profession each day.
