     Howell has lived in Virginia for the past 28 years. Howell believes in protecting public education for our most vulnerable citizens, restoring DMV services, and assuring additional funding for public safety. She did all of this successfully this past year.

Tom Rust's Homepage
    Rust was born in Southern Virginia but has lived in our district, including right here in Herndon, since 1965. Rust is a relatively new VA House member, beginning his term just last year in 2002. Prior to that he served as Herndon's mayor.
