FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

     Numeric Journey proudly accepts PayPal.  When you find an item you want to order, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button.  This will add the item to your PayPal shopping cart.  When you have added all of the items you wish to purchase, click on one of the "View Cart" buttons on one of the product pages.  This will allow you to complete your purchase.  Your purchase will appear on your statement with the business name CT&W Gifts.

     If you order a report, you need to advise if you would like your report emailed to you, "snail" mailed to you, or both.  

• If you want an emailed report, you need to provide the correct email address to which you would like the report sent AND the format - MS Word (.doc) or text (.txt).  These details can be entered into the comments or additional instructions field on the PayPal checkout screen.  
• If you wish to receive a printed copy, you need to provide a correct shipping address.  PayPal will ask you to confirm your shipping address when you checkout.

2. How long will it take to receive the report(s) I ordered?

     If you order the reports using email, then you can expect to receive them within 3 business days.  I am generating these reports by hand to ensure a personal touch and this takes some time.  If you request a printed copy of the report(s), then expect them to arrive in 7 - 10 business days.   

3.  How can I check on the status of the report(s) I ordered?

     Please send an email to NumericJourney@aol.com with your name and the PayPal address used to process the order and we will advise you of the status of your order.

4.  How may I pay for the report(s)?

     Numeric Journey accepts payments via PayPal.  PayPal is a secure payment service that allows us to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as eChecks.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for a FREE account by clicking on the PayPal button at the bottom of the page.  Or, you can wait until you complete your shopping and sign up for a FREE account when you reach the shopping cart.

5.  How are the reports shipped?

     All printed reports are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  If you require another type of shipping option, send us an email at NumericJourney@aol.com with your request and we will attempt to accommodate your needs.  The shipping rates are listed below:

$0.01 - 9.99 = $1.50
$10.00 - 49.99 = $3.00
$50.00 - 99.99 = $5.00
$100.00 - 199.99 = $9.00
$200.00 and over = $20.00

6.  What is your privacy policy?
