Welcome to my picture lesson book. By the time you finish viewing these photo's. You will be able to fry turkeys yourself. I think fried turkeys are juicy, and has a better taste to it. Cajun is a good seasoning and very popular. But I am an old timer cook and just prefer to rub my turkeys with a turkey rub. I do this the day before so the seasoning blends will absorb into the turkey. Now lets begin the lesson.
