We started by some spirituality teachings on meditation.

PRAYING VS. MEDITATION = WE NEED THEM BOTH !

stressed the importance of praying “ The Great Invocation” aloud and together and as we prayed together, the more we are really doing an affirmative prayer of invoking God’s Light, Love, Wisdom, Power, Divine Will to be with us here on earth ! Whenever our minds consciously wanders around, we have a set of affirmation we can pray until we can get used to going into silence and meditation.

When we pray, we talk to God…about everything….our praises, cares, words of thanks…..we consciously connect to God……since Jesus said….to ask and you shall receive….seek and you shall find……It is important to let it out……and submit our will to God……because He will never infringe upon our own free will….we have to let God…….as a Friend, Mother or Father who is always there to listen to us !

The more we couple our prayer with feelings of LOVE, JOY, FAITH, WISDOM, the more powerful it shall become ! The more we make it a prayer of affirmation or denial, the more powerful it will also become ! (Coming on next sessions)

On the other hand, when we MEDITATE, we let our minds connect with God ! We just keep our minds clear, bodies relax and when the DIVINE CONNECTION is established, God’s Divine Intelligence will start pouring through this connection…..universal energy as we call it. You will feel His Divine presence in you as peace, joy, healing, clarity , wisdom, special spiritual gifts of vision, prophecy, knowledge or maybe a powerful one- physical sense of energy – tingling or jolt ….thrid eye will open as you see the small light seemingly at a tunnel, slowly moving in circular direction, until this light will blast fully in form of a white light or multi-colors! So, in meditation, God pours out Himself unto you…….until you will look to continue to be “fed” spiritually . Stop talking to Him and let Him talk to you this time…. Let Him COMMUNE with you …..

“SEEK ye first His kingdom and these things shall come unto you “

We started meditation after above short briefing, and meditation started with spiritual incense, spritual candles lit and healing music in the background for around one hour.

I had sensations of tingling from my left feet and as the week progressed, the tingling present went up to my left legs and as of this week, by my left hip…… Elaine had visions again of the bright light and as usual, Erica sees the colors around us and feeling hot on top of her head right away.

Then, we laid hands on Olga . Erica was remarking how hot her head and hands were and Olga felt this too! We are all just thankful for this evening of peace and healing !

Then, had some time for writing our specific prayer petitions to put into the “GOD CAN”
