Meditation started with spiritual incense, spiritual candles lit and healing music in the background.

We recited the Great Invocation Prayer ( SEE MAIN PAGE ) at the start and I had displayed Affirmation Prayers ( SEE BELOW )whenever our concentration from God wanders around. We can always say the word "AUM" or "OM" to connect back to God. Towards the end of our meditation, Erica shared her vision of an oval white light connecting the three of us, by the semi-circle formation we had.

AFFIRMATIONS OF TRUTH

I. GOD IS LIFE, LOVE, INTELLIGENCE, SUBSTANCE, OMNIPOTENCE, OMNISCIENCE, OMNIPRESENCE

II. I AM A CHILD OR MANIFESTATION OF GOD, AND EVERY MOMENT HIS LIFE, LOVE, WISDOM, POWER FLOW INTO AND THROUGH ME.

III. I AM ONE WITH GOD , AND AM GOVERNED BY HIS LAW.

IV. THIS APPEARANCE OF WEAKNESS IS FALSE; GOD, MANIFEST AS LIFE, WISDOM, AND POWER IS NOW FLOWING INTO MY ENTIRE BEING AND OUT THROUGH ME TO THE EXTERNAL.

V. I AM SPIRIT, PERFECT, HOLY, HARMONIOUS. NOTHING CAN HURT ME OR MAKE ME SICK OR AFRAID, FOR SPIRIT IS GOD, AND GOD CANNOT BE SICK OR HURT OR AFRAID. I MANIFEST MY REAL SELF THROUGH THIS BODY NOW.

VI. GOD WORKS IN ME TO WILL AND TO DO WHATSOEVER HE WISHES ME TO DO, AND HE CANNOT FAIL.

TO DENY ANY NEGATIVITY OR FEAR :

THERE IS NOTHING IN THE UNIVERSE FOR ME TO FEAR, FOR GREATER IS HE THAT IS WITHIN ME THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD.

REVIEW OF LIFE VISIONS

What is Life all about ?

It is about PURSUING OUR DREAMS !!!

Before we came back here on earth, we chosed what kind of personality we will have, we chosed the life experiences we will have, who our parents will be, what we will become and the purpose why you will come back. Some people comes back to repay the past karma they had; to experience how it is to be on the other side....if they were the cause of abuse or suffering of some people, they might choose to come back as the abused and the suffering, to be able able to experience how this pain or suffering had been inflicted on others.

In short, you want to experience that, that you haven't OR if you are ascending fast in your spirituality, you want to make a definite move and just be of service to human kind

In short ....you have a dream...that you will become this person while incarnating again in this earth !

Through the birth process, we FORGET what we planned or dreamed in the spirit world. This will get you to the next stage:

2. Life is a PROCESS of Discovering Who We Are !

In pursuing our dreams here on earth, we really are ACTUALIZING our dreams :

The UNIVERSE ( right now) sets the PLATFORM for the actualization of our deepest and most heartfelt aspirations .....

It is DYNAMIC - means continuing.... CONSTANT FLOW of MIRACLES are happening ...we just can't see through it..

The Universe is BUILT to RESPOND to our Consciousness .....

It will give back only the level of QUALITY that we put in !

" He who loves Me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him" (John 14:21)

Let us all be kind to ourselves.......Let us help our mind, and spirit remember who we really are.....so we can achieve our life's purpose....and once you did, you know it and you will be the happiest person here on earth !

That is the purpose why we have to meditate.....to quiet ourselves......give time and opportunity to our body, mind and spirit to relax, quiet down, so we can remember....and in so doing......you will remember that you and the Father are ONE ....that you are actually connected to the Father.....that you can tap on Him anytime......not only when things go wrong.......not only when you are sick.......

THE PROCESS OF DISCOVERING WHO WE ARE : WHAT ARE WE HERE TO DO ?

- We must learn how to follow the "MYSTERIOUS" Coincidences that can guide us - This is dependent to a great deal on :

1. our ability to STAY POSITIVE

2. FIND the silver lining in ALL events

EXAMPLE :

When I just graduated from college ( Philippines ), my parents tried ways to expedite being able to come to USA, because there are more opportunities out here. Somebody can help me go to Chicago. Deep inside me, I knew I do not want to go there. It is cold, etc etc. So I followed my heart. I stayed, when I cannot find a find a job as a nurse right away, I continued being "religious" and landed being a catechist for the Catholic church in my town. In short, I left it to God, and I know that He will always guide me. I met a lot of people, nuns esp. and what I did was so fulfilling I will never forget in my whole life. Then, I got a job in a big Medical Center, Stayed there for about 6 months, until my friends at work told me to take the visa-qualifying exam. I felt good about this, why not. After taking the exam, somebody was distributing a very small paper, stating that if we pass, and wants to go to Los Angeles, to give them a call. For some reason, I knew within my heart that Los Angeles is the place for me ! I do not know anyone there, few relatives in San Diego and that's it. I felt good about it. Within 2 months, I was in LA!I know that God will always guide and protect me.

And reflecting back into my life, I do not regret any of it for I feel I belong here! Now, I read that Los Angeles is the HEART of the chakra of USA. I will explain more about chakra in our future teachings.

With this, I concluded our teachings with puzzled look from my two daughters........For I know that I will repeat and repeat this simple truths to them in the near future......

We had laying of hands on one another......

The next day, Elaine told me that she thinks that she will get an "A" on her math finals that day. She was so amazed that she can see the formulas clearly. ( aND SHE DID !

As for me, I felt so good the next day.....no aches...no pains...JUST FELT A COMPLETE SYTE OF WELL-BEING !......

I just told her.......do things for the Lord first and the rest follows.

She said that since she slept late that night because of the meditation, she didn't expect this to happen !

Now, she's a regular at the meditation meetings ...

ADDENDUM: With Erica's permission, I would like to say a few words about her.

She is 10 years old, my daughter also ( 10 years & above can participate in meditation) is a visionary. I didn't know this until I consulted a visionary myself and was told all my kids have special gifts. So one night therafter, while in bed, I just happen to ask her if she sees anyone else aside from us. She said yes. As a matter of fact, he/she is sitting on the throne just above me. He is not Jesus, but very kind and beautiful with eyes of gold shining down with bright golden light. I knew that he is our beloved Archangel Michael. Now that I recall from Lily Therese that my kids belong to the Dominion of Saint Michael, the Archangel. After that , I was more aware of her gifts and I just encourage her to cultivate it the best that she can. Now she sees light, auras, communicates with the spirit world too.

We also started our prayer petitions in our "GOD CAN" can ... We started writing those impossible prayer requests ( those that we can't, but we know God Can ! ) and tucked it inside the can. It is placed at the altar .
