Enter the information into your database.
Create and print a report showing all of the information. Name the report Alldata.
Sort the database alphabetically by last name. Create a report listing the whole name and first inauguration year and the number of terms served. Name the report listone. Print a copy of the report using the sorted file.
Sort the database by number of terms served. Use the sorted file and print another copy of the listone report.
Use inquiry to find out which presidents had more than 3 children. Print the results.
Use inquiry to find out how many presidents are still alive. Print the results.
