ALL ABOUT ME PROJECT
Using your approved resume, create each of the documents described below. You must decide who your audience will be; either a perspective employer or a college recruiter.
PROJECT 1:
Using all of your desktop publishing skills, create a three-fold brochure about yourself. You must include a photograph either taken with the digital camera or scanned. Remember that the purpose of the brochure is to sell yourself so be sure to keep your goals in mind as you design the brochure. When complete, choose an appropriate brochure paper and print two copies. Turn in one copy for a grade and place the other in your portfolio folder.
PROJECT 2:
Using presentation software, create at least a 5-slide presentation about yourself. You must include a photograph either taken with the digital camera or scanned (this may be the same photo from project 1). You should include such items as who you are, what is your background, what are your special skills, what are your goals, and what you expect from the people who view this presentation. Create your own personal background. When complete, print two copies on the least amount of paper. Turn in one copy for a grade and place the other in your portfolio folder.
