Celerity, the word to the Kindred Nation means litterally the difference between possibly getting hit with the bullet, or being able to dodge it. Yes because to Kindred across the lands, Celerity is the speed at which they are able to move & think. Below are the different degrees of Celerity.
Degrees of Celerity:
* Celerity: By spending a point of Blood, the kindred may dodge/parry any attack he is aware of. This is a reactionary power, and may be used any time the vampire is being attacked.
* * Alacrity: By spending two points of Blood, the kindred may move at tremendous speed. This is a reactionary power, and may be used at anytime.
* * * Swiftness: This is the most famous part of Celerity: multiple actions. By spending three points of Blood, the kindred may take two actions. This is reactionary, and may be used any time during the turn after your regular Action.
* * * * Rapidity: This is like Swiftness, but lets you take two extra Actions.
* * * * * Fleetness: Like Swiftness, although you are aloud to take three more actions.
* * * * * * Projectile: Enables a vampire to take his preternatural speed and transfer it into something he has thrown, fired, or launched.
* * * * * * * Flower of Death: Allows a vampire to take his celerity and apply it in full to each hand-to-hand combat. meaning, that her mind will think as fast as her moves will be.
* * * * * * * * Zephyr: Allows a vampire to increase his speed to the point he can run across water or run up walls.
* * * * * * * * * Blurring: This degree allows the vampire to only be seen as a blur. Her mind is as quick to think as her moves are, and she is able to do up to five actions.
