In AAA, Franklin Co. had a 20.7 "2nd tier" rating, compared to Woodbridge's 19.6.
In AAA, Lake Taylor had defeated Maury 27-20
In AAA, Kempsville, Salem & Floyd Kellam were also tied on the 2nd tier, so a
"draw by lots" eliminated Kempsville, and Salem had defeated Kellam 13-7.
