fresh berry pie

1 9-inch graham cracker shell (recipe below)
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons white corn syrup
1 cup water
2 tablespoons gelatin powder
1 quart fresh berries of your choice

mix the sugar, cornstarch, syrup, and water together in a pot. bring to a boil and cook until thick and clear. add the gelatin powder, stirring until dissolved. cool. arrange the berries to cover the bottom of the pie shell. pour the gelatin mixture over the berries and chill until set.
*the gelatin powder should go with the berries used..strawberry jello for strawberries, blue jello for raspberries/blackberries/blueberries, etc.

great graham cracker crust

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

preheat oven to 375 degrees. mix ingredients until crumbs are well-moistened with oil. then, press the crumbs into a pie pan so that the bottom and sides are covered nicely. bake 10 minutes.
