This page is intended to help students explore the issues, candidates, and parties involved in this year's general election. It is meant as both a teaching aid and a resource, for my students, their families, and the community. It is not meant to endorse or suggest an particular viewpoint, party, or candidate, either by inclusion here, by link to any other site or page, or by the omission of any information or link. It was created to encourage intellegent decision-making regarding the candidates for election, and promote active participation in the voting process.

While links are believed to be to appropriate sites for students, because these sites are beyond my control, I cannot be responsible for their content. As always, I strongly reccomend students should only surf the internet with the close supervision of a parent/guardian.

Please e-mail me at mrbower@teacher.com if you find it useful, or you have suggestions for links,
