Samuel A. Stancil born March 24, 1849; died October 7, 1909. After the death of Nancy, Samuel married a Stella Southerland. They had a daughter named Ruth. Ruth had a daughter named "Mary Edwin Keith". After Samuel died, Stella married a man named "Hagin". Stella is also buried at Concord Cemetery.

Nancy Whisenant's first husband was John P. Starks. He was from Gilmer County, Georgia. John is buried in the New Hope Cemetery, Gilmer County. Information obtained at library for Gilmer County, Georgia shows following marriages:
