Sea Change

As so often
conveniently mismatched,
newly married couples
today are typically immersed
in ferocious debate
over who decides what,
the domineering husband,
grown up to settle scores,
tries to rape his young wife
who fights and screams
for all she is worth
like a tornado raging
at life on Earth:
"This is my body
not yours!"
