1606 Virginia Charter
This document, second of the "Five Great Documents of Liberty", is
the first, formal, grand-founding footstep of American Civilization!

The historic 1606 First Virginia Charter created the Virginia Company.
Va Company (1606-1624 a.d.) sent Liberty into English North America.
1606 Charter had 8 Patentee-owners: The Grand-Founders of America!
1606 Charter's one single purpose: "propagating of Christian Religion".
1606 Charter's vital promise: All Va settlers governed by "Rule of Law".
"Virginia": 34-45 degrees N. Lat. (SC up to Canada, Atlantic to Pacific).
"Continent of Va" divided horizontally in 1606, as 1st and 2nd Colonies.
Note: Later, within 1606 southern 1st Colony of Virginia: 1607 Jamestown Island Settlement.
Note: Also, within 1606 southern 1st Colony of Virginia: 1611 Citie of Henricus (the Capitol).
Note: Then, within 1606 northern 2nd Colony of Virginia: 1620 Plimouth Settlement (Pilgrims).
Each Colony: Once settled, a 13-member governing Council is to elect one of its own as President.
In England, in like manner, a 13-member Council of Virginia..superior managing/directing power.
1606 Instructions: Colony's Church Minister to be on Council...but, can't be State prime Minister.
Va Company may mine ores...make coin...recruit others...defend selves,
and...may transport goods out of England seven years without customs.
All Va settlers are guaranteed their sturdy 1215 Magna Carta Liberties!
