What are Designs by Xxandera Collars made of?
All our Collars are made from 100% Sterling Silver, Thai Silver and Genuine Swarovski Crystal. Swarovski Crystal is Machine made from the highest quality Austrian Crystal in the word. Each piece is precision made and identical in form and quality.
Can I attach a lead to my collar?
Yes. Each collar is made to accommodate a lead. Attach lead through the clasp. Will my Collar break?
Each Collar is made with 26lb Beadalon Wire. 19 Strands of wire are twisted together and coated in nylon for incredible strength and resistance. For instance: If you have a single strand collar the break point is 26lbs, If you have a double or triple strand collar the collar is double and triple the strength.
How do I clean my Collar?
You can use any over the counter jewelry cleaner to clean your collar, No need to soak it, just dip in jewelry cleaner, rinse with cold water and air dry for renewed sparkle and shine.
How do I know what size to get?
Measure your dog/cat neck and add an inch.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy as long as the collar is returned in a new and unused condition. We make it a point to make each customer happy. If you are not happy contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. If you wish to return your collar please contact us for a return authorization number first. Collars received without an authorization number will not be refunded.
How long before I receive my collar?
Because your collar is custom made please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
