Welcome to the all new Troop 860 Web Site. Justin and I hope to use this site as a means of simplistic communication between the leadership of 860 and the parents of the boys. In the Troop section, you will find information about recent campouts and activities, a current permission slip for the month's upcomming activity, a general camping checklist, as well as a roster of who currently holds leadership positions in the troop. Within the Patrols area, each patrol will have its own section dedicated to show parents where their child is as far as advancement is concerned. The Members section is something Justin and I are very happy to be working on. In this new area, a complete database of each scout, including phone number, address, parents names, email addresses for parents and scouts, and current rank and position will be available to the members of our troop. This area, containing information a bit more private, has the option of being password protected with a general Troop 860 password that will be administered at family night. Upon entering the section now, you may vote as to whether or not you feel password protection is necessary. The Links portion of the web site will hold valuable resources, such as web sites that provide merit badge requirements, or the web sites of Camp Powhatan, the Robert E.
