Heeerrrrrrrreeee's Cyberqueen!!

Hey!! You found me! Welcome to the story of my life, it will be short, so just grab a quick bite and a sodie and let the journey begin...

It all started in Birmingham, Alabama on a hot summer morning in August 1976. The world awaited the arrival of their future leader...and I was born too. I arrived at 10:45 in the morning, and no sooner than I was brought into the world was the cry: "get me some coffee, I NEED COFFEE!". I was brought home to an apartment in Vestavia Hills, where my family would reside for the next 3 months.

In December of 1976, my family moved to Florida and bought a house. The house was located in a newly developed neighborhood in a nice suburban part of town. My oldest Sister, Lee graduated in the next year, and left home to begin her quest of life in the "big world" and my next sister, Cindy, followed soon after in 1979. My sister, Julee, and my brother, Jake, were still young and far from Graduation. I on the other hand, was making a ruckus of the house, exploring, learning, and just plain getting into things.

My toddling expeditions found me in new and exciting places, such as my mother's makeup drawers, or my sister's barbiedoll collection. Oh, and the number 1 place I was in...Trouble!!!

In 1981, I started school. Yes, Kindergarden was my next journey and this inspired my mother to write some stories about the experience of letting the youngest child go.

Mom wrote for the Sentinel, a local newspaper, for a couple of years. At the time of my embarking to the big world of School, she wrote several stories. My favorite one is about a big mean dungeon master (my pop) who has come into a castle, where the princess (me) is being hidden by the queen (mom) of the castle. Its a real cute story referencing the drama of my Pop pulling me away from Mom to take me to my first day of school.

My father "Pop" was the person I would "hang out" with after school. We'd normally watch the 5 O'Clock news together, and then go to the store at 6. We'd Get back in time to watch Nite Court, or the Cosby Show while we all ate dinner. This routine has been just that for as long as I can remember. Of course the shows have changed, but even to this day, pop still watches his 5 O'Clock news, and then goes to the store at 6.

One person I often tried to hang out with was my brother, Jake. It was the Little Sister syndrome, where I would insist on doing everything with my Big Brother. We would hang out with his friends, Jason and Danny Balls (yes, thats their real last name!) and normally we would create havoc in the neighborhood. I remember a couple of times we built a sand pile in the middle of the street, stuck a big tree branch in it, and waited for cars to run over it. Other times, my brother and I would play "Spy" on the next door neighbors, the Evil Avalos's. We'd look through the cracks in the fence to try and gather data on the nuclear weapons they were building!
Jake soon went into High School, and got new friends. I was still in middle school but at this time, I learned how to find things to do after school that didnt involve my brother!

In summer, my sister Julee came home from California to visit us. She was here just for a week or so, but it was lots of fun. Julee is the comedian of the family. She is a fun person to hang out with. When she came down to visit us, she took my brother and I to the mall, beach, and also we went sightseeing around the area.
Julee drove us to Los Angeles, CA in the summer if 1988 (on her first visit home). It took 4 days to get there from Florida, but it was the first major trip I had ever been on. We saw the Alamo, the famous dinosaurs (featured in Pee Wee's Great Adventure) in New Mexico, and all of Los Angeles!

Julee soon left and life was back to boring again! High School sped by quickly and soon, I got my drivers liscense. This was a wonderful new freedom for me because I had discovered a passion that still remains predominant today: Driving. Every night I would put about 40 miles on the odometer during my driving expeditions. Driving was a wonderful release!
I had gotten a job at Taco Bell and worked there for 2 years all the way up to the day I joined the Navy.

I went into the Navy through Great Lakes Recruit Training Command on September 26, 1994. That was the greatest taste of stupidity I had ever recieved in my entire life! It was tough to keep with all of the standards they had given us, but once I got used to it, it was a cake walk. The only bad parts about it were the 4-6 hours of sleep every night, and all of the exercise.
