Personalized Letters from Santa
Letters from Santa can be ordered anytime throughout the year, but are not mailed until November. For 2002 Christmas Letters, all orders received prior to November 1 will be mailed on November 1. Thereafter letters will be prepared and mailed in the order they are received. Local orders (in the state of Virginia) will be accepted through December 8th. Nationwide orders will be accepted through December 1st. All orders for recipients outside of the United States must be received by November 15th. All letters will be written in English.
Letters from the Easter Bunny
Personalized Letters from the Easter Bunny can be ordered anytime throughout the year, but are not mailed until March.
All orders received prior to March 1 will be mailed on March 1, 2003.
Thereafter letters are processed in the order they are received and mailed on a daily basis.
Local orders (Commonwealth of Virginia) will be accepted through March 29th.
Nationwide orders will be accepted through March 22nd.
All orders placed by customers outside of the U.S. must be received by March 1, 2003 and are subject to additional shipping and handling charges.

Letters from the Tooth Fairy
Letters from the Tooth Fairy are available year-round (anytime a child loses a tooth or pays a visit to the dentist).
Allow up to 14 days for processing.
Allow extra time for orders outside of the United States.

Letters from the Bogeyman are available year-round
(anytime a child needs to be reassured about a phobia that goes "boo" in the night --
an excellent way to dispel phobias such as the "monsters under the bed").
All letters are processed and mailed within one week of receipt of order.

Boo Grams from the Great Pumpkin
Boo Grams can be ordered anytime throughout the year, but are not mailed until October.
For 2002 Boo Grams all orders received prior to October 1 will be mailed on October 1, 2002.
Thereafter letters will be prepared and mailed out daily. Local orders (in state of Virginia) will be accepted through October 23, 2002.
Nationwide orders will be accepted through October 16, 2000. All orders placed by customers outside of the United States must be received by October 1, 2002.

Valentine/Love Grams from Secret Admirers
Love Grams can be ordered anytime after January 1, 2003,
but are not mailed until February 1st
(nationwide orders) or February 8th (in state of Virginia).
