GRADES: All number grades will carry the same weight. Homework will be a 100, 50, or a 0. It is very important that students show they are giving every effort to do their work. This is shown by participation as well as attendance. Attendance is extremely important in this class since it is a production class. Students will receive a participation grade for the quarter. Each day students ill be given a participation grade. If a student is absent and does not make up his work and time in the classroom before or after school within 3 days a zero will be given for participation on the day of his absence (this includes student activities). Assignments turned in late will receive no more than 80% credit. Assignments more than one week late will receive no credit. Homework and participation can really help a quarter grade. Every student can make 100s on these.

CITIZENSHIP: The following will result in lowering of a student's citizenship grade.: class interruptions, horseplay, disrespectful attitude, walking around excessively, and not staying on task.

I am looking forward to an exciting year. I appreciate the time you allow me to work with your child.
