Bantams are dwarf fowl. Some Bantams weigh less than 1 1/2
pounds. They are layers of small eggs, and are raised primarily for showing
purposes. Bantams have been in existence for several hundred years. Seabrights
are the only breed of true Bantams, there are no larger versions of them unlike other
Bantams. Bantams are also great pets, and require less food than full size poultry.
Bantams have good temperaments, and are quite beautiful to watch.
