I'm Dave and I have several different interests that occupy a
portion of my spare time. I intend to try to express three of these on
this site.
One of my primary interests is in Amateur Radio (ham radio) and
my FCC Callsign is KB4TBX with an extra class endorsement which I
have held for about ten years. My
Introduction to Amateur Radio is intended for someone
who is not familar with the hobby and ,hopefully, will give the reader
a bit of insight into a rewarding pasttime. I've also tried to impart
a sense of what will be required in order for the potential candidate
to earn the higher class licenses that will give them access to
world-wide communications.
I also have a great interest in all aspects of aviation. On my
Aviation Page, I've given a brief rundown on my interests in
aviation and I hope I've included some interesting links to aircraft
museums for anyone also enthused over aviation.
