Golden Plates. These have been tenderly hand-beaten into shape by Akbal, our very own reformed Egyptian. The center image depicts an early tribesman surveying the promised land. The upper left and right corners hold representations of the square and compass. A cut above Akbal's usually shoddy craftsmanship, when pressed he had to admit he found them in some hill down the road from his apartment. A fine example of American exceptionalism and handiwork.
