This is by far the fastest SATA drive available for regular consumer use. It has the rpm of a SCSI drive, but is a fraction of the cost. Two of these in a RAID 0 and you are set.

Thursday, 8 December 2005 Topic: Hardware The INOi HD363N is the greatest NAS for it's price. I got the 80gig for $120. This is targeted for people that want to share files on their network without having a computer on all the time. This can also be used as a ftp server(SAMBA). The InOi has all the software needed for an ftp built-in. You can host your own ftp site without a dedicated computer. It can even be used as a DHCP server. This gets two thumbs up!

Most distros of Linux have native support for the Orinoco chipset. When I booted up into knoppix I did not have to configure anything, the card automaticly connected to the strongest access point. It works great on Windows systems as well. I use this card on Windows XP and Slax. This card even has a jack for an external antenna.
