Hello,
I am looking for a Female or Male Roommate for March 1, 2005. We have a house in Varsity Acres, currently 5 people live here (2 girls and 3 guys). One of the guys is moving out and we are looking for a new roommie. I know it is troublesome finding a new cool place to live so I made this webpage so you know exactly what you can expect.
If you want a place right downtown this is not the place, but if you want a fully set-up house with everything you need, 10 min drive from downtown or a 15 min train ride this is the place for you.
The people that I live with are all super cool, working people that are just out of university. Age range is 22 to 28. Everyone is non-smoking and we have no pets. Everyone does thier own thing, ranging from doing hikes in the mountains to going for a few drinks on a Saturday night. The house is a 2000 sq-ft house near the Calgary university. The basement is brand new, gutted and rebuilt 1 year ago. The house is not a party house but once in a while we do put something on.
The house has a brand new washer and dryer, 2 brand new fridges, dishwashing machine, 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, 2 computers, 2.5 bathrooms, 5 minute walk to the CTrain station, 10 minute walk to the second largest mall in Calgary with with Safeway, The Bay, GAP and numerous other stores.
The available room is upstairs, has hard wood flooring, large closet, big window with curtains and freshly painted a mocha color. Room size is about 10 feet by 9 feet.

If you need, the landlord can furnish the whole room for you: bed, shelving, linens, towels, down duvet, alarm clock, coat hangers, etc.
The rental is $425 per month, but includes everything you can think of. You will not have to pay a cent more...
