The Penthouse 3 West Tower
The Penthouse 3 West Tower is on the West/North corner of the west building. The view is nice - but not a city view. You have to stretch to say you see to the south. It is looking at the airport/Delta Center view. The unit is basically the same floor plan as the 1600 sq. ft. unit. - the rooms are just larger. The kitchen looks older. The tile floors are nice but the cabinets and appliances are older. They have made an opening between the living room and bedroom and turned the 2nd bedroom into a den. They closed off the door to the bedroom from the hallway. It says there is a washer/dryer included on the flyer but there is not one in the unit. Both bathrooms have toilets and one has a shower and one has a garden tub. 2 parking spaces come with this condo and the fees are approximately $388 - she didn't know exactly.
This picture is looking from the back of the living room towards the dining room. The balcony is off to the right side of the living room. The fireplace is at the front of the room and is an attractive, upscale fireplace.
This is the living room again looking out the windows at the back of the room. Off to the right you can see the entrance to the den. They have doors on the room and if you had guests they could use it for a bedroom.
The bedroom - It is quite large and nice. There are two large walk-in closets off this room and the dressing area with toilet and garden tub in a separate room.

This condo has been completely remodeled - everything is new. It is on the Southwest corner of the west building and has wonderful views of the temple, conference center and downtown.
At night I am told there is a spotlight on every tree on the conference center roof and it is very beautiful. The bedrooms and living room all face south. The balcony is on the corner so you have southwest views and west views from the dining room.
This is the 1600 sq. ft. floor plan. They did a very nice job remodeling and used top quality everything. Everything is white with the exception of the living room - and it has a lot of beautiful cherrywood on two sides and also molding, door frames, etc.
It isn't dark with the wood because the balcony is off to one end and all glass and the windows overlooking the city are on the other wall. This condo comes with one parking stall and condo fees are $306.
There are no laundry facilities in the condos - she said some people have added them and it can be done - you would just have to give up closet space someplace and do a little remodeling.
There is a laundry on each floor and there is no charge for them. They are maintained by the building and because so many do not live there full time they seem to be quite accessible.
I think I told you the condo fees include all the utilities except phone and electricity in the unit (appliances and lights).

This is the east wall of the living room. The wood is very beautiful and these windows look out over the city.

The kitchen, dining room, entry, hall and bathrooms all have tile floors (it says on her sheet that the floors are travertine so I need to look again to be sure what they are). The carpet in bedrooms and living room is the short shag - light beige color. It looks very nice. (It seems to me you had this type of carpet in your home?)
Kitchen looking from the hallway door into the kitchen - door you can see goes to the dining room. On the other side of the kitchen are more cabinets and a bar where they have two bar stools. There is also a nice pantry. The appliances are all new stainless steel, cabinets are Cherrywood and the countertops are granite.
Master bedroom. They added another gas fireplace in the bedroom. The hallway goes into the bath and there are two walk-in closets. The wall opposite the fireplace is windows that look out over the city. Bathrooms are all remodeled and very nice. There is a shower in the hallway bath and a tub in the master bath. (both have toilets)
