I, Lawrence Rey Topham, Secretary of State, on this 31st day of December in the Year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Two, certify the above named men were duly elected to the respective Salt Lake County public offices with 100 percent of the vote cast for each office, and the other named men received 100 percent of the vote cast in Salt Lake County and in the State of Utah for the respective State and Federal offices of Utah and the United States of America at the November 5, 2002 AD general election. No person was elected to the Utah Legislature for any senate or representative district in Utah.
