Today, January 10, 2003 - a date which will live in infamy - Brett Johnson was suddenly and deliberately attacked by the shcolarship department at Saginaw Valley State University.

    Brett Johnson was at peace with that department and, at the solicitation of SVSU, was still in conversation with the scholarship departement and its dean looking toward the maintenance of peace in the Valley of Saginaw.
Indeed, one hour before SVSU had commenced the termination of my scholarship, the scholarship ambassador to the Johnson family and his colleagues delivered to the Johnson family a formal reply to a recent Johnson message. While this reply stated that it seemed useless to continue the existing diplomatic negotiations, it contained no threat or hint of my fucking scholarsip termination.

    It will be recorded that the distance of Port Hope from Saginaw makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many days or even weeks ago.  During the intervening time, the scholarship department has deliberately sought to deceive the Johnson family by false statements and expressions of hope for continued peace.

    The attack today on Brett Johnson has caused severe damage to Brett Johnson's economical situation and also his self-esteem. Very many thousands of dollars have been lost. In addition, the People's Buick have been reported torpedoed on the shit roads between Delta College and SVSU.

    Yesterday, the scholarship department also launched an attack against other students.

    SVSU has, therefore, undertaken a surprise offensive extending throughout the Tri-City area. The facts of today speak for themselves. The people of SVSU have already formed their opinions and well understand the implications to the very life and safety of the university.

    As commander in chief of myself, I have directed that all measures be taken for our defense.

    Always will we remember the character of the onslaught against us.
    No matter how long it may take us to overcome this premeditated invasion, Brett Johnson and his people in their righteous might will win through to absolute victory.

    I believe I interpret the will of my parents and of the people when I assert that we will not only defend ourselves to the uttermost, but will make very certain that this form of treachery shall never endanger us again.

    Hostilities exist. There is no blinking at the fact that my people, my townhouse and my interests are in grave danger.

    With confidence in my negotiation - with the unbending determination of my people - we will gain the inevitable triumph - so help us God.

    I ask that my parents declare that since the unprovoked and dastardly attack by SVSU on Friday, January 10th, a state of war has existed between the Johnson family and SVSU.
